Fortunately I have not needed your service yet, but the money I have paid over 10 years is probably equal to or more than an illness would have been. I have invested too much to drop it now, but although it could be very useful or important, I would think very carefully about buying pet insurance again. Other than the fact that the cost has increased greatly, I have no complaints with your company.

Getting coverage with Healthy Paws was an excellent decision! I have 1 dog, and 2 cats, all covered through them. Not only does it give me peace of mind to know my fur-babies will be taken care of in the event of injury or sickness, but I can do so at an affordable price. When one of my cats had to go to the ER recently, I was devastated. After all was said and done, I was able to submit a claim for reimbursement, which was reviewed in a timely manner. They provided step by step updates so I knew the status of my claim and I was able to check the process via their website/app. Once approved, I received the check quickly and they even followed up to see how my little guy was feeling! They are very caring and responsive. The guidelines of the policy are also laid out so the policy owner knows and understands what is covered and what is not. I am very pleased with policy options available/monthly rate, the coverage itself, and my experience with the customer care team.
