I know this might seem a bit onerous BUT
I have never used a pet insurance. My Vet recommended Embrace and another insurance company. I decided on Embrace and I am very disappointed in my claim results. My cat had an accident that caused the following Diagnosis: Fractured left rostral mandible, Luxated tooth, Complicated crown-root fractures on four teeth. Wire splint, surgical extraction of tooth on the four teeth, Gracie had a broken lower left jaw and four broken teeth. I submitted my claim to Embrace. My claim was for $2,430.96 and they only will reimburse me $1934.37. The reason that people get insurance is to help with the cost of vet bills in an emergency. I felt that my total bill should have been covered signed up for Embrace a few months ago. I know being in the insurance business or claims is not an easy job to do especially when you are not give all the information to process when requested. However I just some friendly input, sometimes everyone should check with others to make sure that no one else has been working with the insured already. Since getting the insurance with Embrace I have received 22 emails to date and counting. The last thing someone needs is to be reminded every couple of days that information is needed to process the claims. I was and still am and will always be worried about my little girl Gracie. I had not slept in over 48 hours since she got hurt real bad I did not want anything to happen to her I MISSED WORK UNPAID SINCE MONDAY from her getting hurt.

Claims and courtesy
I have been an Embrace customer for a few years and thankfully have not had any real medical events to deal with but all my claims have been processed with courtesy and in a timely fashion. We feel part of the Embrace family and the communications with the plan feel personal and exhibit interest in my dogs well being , which I consider a plus.I particularly love the wellness benefits- getting paid to keep your pet healthy,now that is a novelty!

Easy Wellness reimbursement
Simple and FAST Wellness reimbursement!I mailed the bill from our vet for a vaccine, heartgaurd and frontline to Embrace and I had a check in the mail for the full amount in a week! What an easy system- no fighting with customer service reps, no letters of justification… just the service they promised- delivered immediately.
I wish they offered human policies!

Amazing Coverage after Only 1 Month
Rarely have I dealt with a Company as amazing as Trupanion. My dog Ruby, was diagnosed with Pancreatitis, only 33 days after signing up with Trupanion. She went through numerous tests, biopsies and eventually 2 emergency surgeries to try and save her life. After my $50 deductible was met, they paid out 90% of all costs. They were kind, thoughtful and I was surprised how quickly they paid out my claims.I would never go without insurance for myself, so why wouldn't have it for my baby? Thank you Trulpanion.

Again, thankful for Embrace
A sudden aggressive lymphoma/hypercalcemia took my rescue, Sophie Ann two days before Christmas at the young age of 5. This sweet girl came from known abuse and neglect yet was the most gentle of all the Danes in my life. Knowing I had her covered medically with Embrace softened the blow, made this incredibly difficult time a little more bearable. She had the needed definitive medical testing and then the home supportive care to keep her last days comfortable. ---- I have been "burned" by two past insurance companies, but now feel most reassured having my big dogs on Embrace policies. Embrace Was There When I Needed It
My Golden Retriever Putter, was neutered and I noticed he was scratching quite a bit after. Two weeks later he was operated again for swallowing 3 large rocks. Unfortunately, he was still scratching (which we are still trying to determine). To date I have spent over $5300 and I can't tell you how much easier it is to have the Embrace coverage. I will never own another dog without Embrace insurance. The people are so helpful explaining the claims and anything else you need. I am thinking of expanding for my cat as well.

2 years with Embrace and very happy
I am thrilled we made the decision to insure our dogs, especially through Embrace. They are always easy to deal with. I get fast responses. The policy is clear, and submitting claims is easy and fast. I recommend Embrace to every dog owner I know.

Great coverage, awesome customer service.
I was thrilled to find Embrace, a company that not only offered affordable rates but also covered several circumstances that were not covered by other insurances I looked into. We've had a policy for a few years now and I would never be without it again. We had several health problems come up suddenly and Embrace has covered everything and has reimbursed us thousands so far. When your pet gets sick suddenly, the last thing you want to have to worry about is how you're going to pay for it. While you do have to wait for a reimbursement, it offers peace of mind knowing you can rack up a credit card bill because the money will be back in your account in a few weeks. Pet insurance was one of the best decisions I've ever made for my dog and I feel Embrace is the best company out there.

Puppy Wellness Pays You Back!
Fortunately for us our new Boxer puppy Regan is as healthy as can be. With all of the puppy wellness care that includes many visits to the Vet, not mention all of the necessary vaccinations, we've already spent over $500 in her first 3 months since we adopted her. Our Embrace Wellness plan has reimbursed us $200 of the wellness care! Definately a good way to start out with a new puppy to care for.
