Signed up one day, using them the next and was paid the next
I joined. pets Best one day and used them the very next day. My vet faxed the paperwork to pets best and they direct deposited the money into my account with 1-2 days. It could not have been any easier, They paid out just as they said they would. I could not be any happier with them.

Embrace For Pet Insurance
We have had Embrace Insurance for our senior dog for 2 years. They have paid every claim we have submitted. The customer service folks are caring and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Embrace if you are looking for pet insurance.

I spoke to Amy and she told me my policy was in effect and she would send me the coverage we agreed upon in an email. As of now I have NOT heard from her but I have been charged. I am NOT HAPPY

The BEST
My kitty was diagnosed with cancer 2 years ago. Thank God I had the insurance for him, so I was able to get the best treatment. Embrace was with us through these very difficult times : no surprises, easy claim submissions, quick processing.

Great Pet Insurance
My dog has been on this plan for 11 years and we have not yet encounter any problems.

Waiting period for ACL
I'm not happy about a 180-day "waiting period" for ACL tears. Given the amount of money we've spent on premiums over the last 17 years, it would be reasonable to have this covered at the same time as any other illness/injury.
