Great Customer Service
While my first claim was initially denied, when I submitted a letter from my dog's cardiologist in appeal, the denial was overturned and her claim was covered. All of the staff I have spoken to on the phone or dealt with via email seem very caring and have been quite helpful. Once we ironed out the confusion over her first claim, subsequent claims have been smooth sailing and paid in a timely fashion. The wellness coverage has been great also.

Non routine examinations
Nothing wrong with the representative but you should reimburse examinations when they are not routine, but sought for specific reasons, reasons of illness.

This company is the best pet insurer.
My Flat Coated Retriever suffered severe injuries in both shoulders, requiring surgery and extensive rehabilitation. Embrace has received and processed over $8,000 worth of bills (so far). They have gone out of their way to make the claims process easy, and to promptly pay all claims, directly to my bank’s checking account. I just wish I could find a human health insurer that was half as good. I’ve had other pet insurers who weren’t nearly as good. I highly recommend Embrace.

The specialist was wonderful to talk to...
The specialist was wonderful to talk to and explained my EOB to my satisfaction. I am cancelling my policy with you as I see no value in a policy that costs $695/year with maybe $50 worth of services to be reimbursed. I would need 2-3 catastrophic incidents covered

Great Customer Service
We have our two beagles covered by Embrace. The one beagle has experienced some major health problems and we needed an MRI to determine what was going on. Without having Embrace it would have been a very difficult decision to spend the money for an MRI. Our insurance covered the MRI
and it was a relief knowing we made the right decision on having Embrace. Our claim was paid within two weeks. The customer service group at

Best Overall Pet Insurance
I have 2 dogs on Figo. I was with another pet insurance company and recently swiitched. I found Figo to have better coverage, and one of the most affordable. What I like most about Figo is the phone app which can do more than other pet insurance apps. I can upload all my vet bills, so I can better track what I have paid to vets. I can file claims. I am glad I switch to Figo. I filed my first claim and it was easy as 1 2 3. Glad my 2 dogs are on Figo. I have peace of mind knowing FIgo will be there if my pets get sick or injured.

Worth the money
I have had the insurance just about a year now and very unexpectadly my dog needed elbow surgery and I did a pre approval process through Embrace and was very pleased to get the email that his surgery was covered. I have heard so many negatives about pet insurance but have had a great experience so far with Embrace!!
