Nationwide is truly a blessing. I don't know what we would have done when one of our babies, Remi, had gotten hurt if it wasn't for Nationwide. We never had to worry about a thing, we were able to concentrate fully on getting Remi better. We can now tell you that Remi has had a full recovery and we couldn't have done it with out the help of Nationwide. They are AWESOME. Thank you for all that you have done for our girl.

When submitting a claim it doesn't take too long for you to get your money.

I was dealing with an extremely difficult situation, which resulted in the loss of my beloved Maltese, Ziggi. Pets Best handled all of the paperwork associated with filing the claim. For that, I am eternally grateful. I highly recommend them.

My wife and I live in San Francisco with our dog Jelly. Jelly is six years old and has maintained relatively good health throughout her first 6 years. However, this year she became abruptly ill and was recently diagnosed with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). This is not a common disease and it was a tough road of discovery (with multiple trips to the vet) to ultimately uncover her diagnosis. The last few months have been challenging and emotional, and I can't imagine going through these difficult times without the support of Pets Best Insurance. Without insurance, I don't think we would have found the diagnosis for Jelly and I don't know if she would still be around to enjoy her life. She is now eating a diet that is conducive for her illness and is doing much better! Pets Best has been really supportive the entire way, was very reasonable with our submitted reimbursement claims and always provided a detailed description regarding our reimbursement.
