Choosing Embrace has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. They have covered all our claims (and we've had our share and then some!) I would suggest to anyone looking into pet insurance to read and re-read the fine print. In my opinion, Embrace offered the most comprehensive coverage at a reasonable price. The policy we chose covers 80% including the office visit charge which no other pet insurance offered at the time. I have recommended them to many! Thus far, very happy!

Fast response to my claim and paid something I overlooked when I submitted it for the annual health care portion of the policy.

All the Reps I have spoken to have been very polite, informative, patient and were able to explain all of my questions, without an attitude immediately. Each of them were friendly and very helpful to me in understanding exactly what I was questioning. You should absolutely be very proud of the Reps you have hired. I have spoken to 4 different Reps in the last week and each of them had great personalities, were very helpful and extremely polite. You are lucky to have such a great group of Reps. I am not one to give 10 or top of the chart because I feel we all can do better but these employees were absolutely top notch and represent Trupanion very well. It is a pleasure doing business with such informative, smart and polite personalities. Not like the usual robots I speak to from other Companies. I hope you pay your Reps for the great work they do for you. It's a pleasure doing business with you. Thank you again for having such intelligent, polite Reps with great personalities to boot. Great service during our call and in general. We appreciate Trupanion's help in managing Bella's illness.

I have had 2 pets insured with Trupanion in the past. Both have since passed but I never once had to worry that I wouldn't be able to afford to do whatever was needed for either of them. You guys have been amazing! We just started a new policy (with a new puppy we’ve adopted) and I knew that we would insure him with Trupanion. Thank you!
