Great service and prices

I chose this insurance for wellness and illness coverage. I trust what the ASPCA stands for. My dog was adopted from a shelter. I was able to snap a picture of the invoice with my phone and submit it. I got the check quickly

Always cover claims submitted and 2 instances where claims were initially rejected, they were eventually covered upon my follow up with additional info. Only thing missing is dental coverage which I hear is coming soon hopefully.

Hartville Pet Insurance was amazing when my cat Fishy had to be rushed to the emergency vet for acute urinary blockage. Knowing that they would cover 90% of my vet costs after a $100 deductible, I was able to confidently and quickly get the care that Fishy needed without hesitation that I wouldn't be able to afford it. Even after I was handed a $1300 bill, I knew I had no reason to fear because I had been able to speak with an insurance agent earlier that day to confirm that the charges would be covered. Additionally, every time I speak with a representative of this company, they always ask after the health of my pet first, before ever mentioning the business I call or email about. As a grad student with a cat who's never been 100% healthy, Hartville has been a literal life-saver for Fishy and my bank account at a monthly premium that I can afford. I have recommended Hartville to everyone I know with pets and when we bring home a second cat later this year, I will be immediately signing her up for an insurance plan of her own. It breaks my heart when friends and family have to set-up crowdfunding accounts to cover their vet bills when pet insurance is such an easy alternative, especially with Hartville Pet Insurance.

The premiums might be high but their is no price justification to love when your heart hurts after a traumatic injury to your family member.

Easy claims process! I love the phone app - I can scan and submit easily. I’ve submitted two claims so far and both were paid quickly.

I will be 100% satisfied if the change I requested is actually changed as the insurance specialist said it would be. I'll have to follow-up at the next billing date to know for sure.
