Overall the most outstanding and professional service. Every claim I have submitted for my 2 pets have been covered and processed in an expedited fashion. I have never experienced claims rejected for any reason, and have always been given professional and courteous service.

Amazing insurance
So far I couldn't be happier with my pet insurance. After putting out an extreme amount of money for our last dog, we decided to invest in insurance for our next pup. He has needed to go to the vet several times this year with illnesses, unfortunately, but ASPCA pet insurance has reimburseed us quite well after we met our deductible.

Very impressed.

Great support
Our 10 year old beagle had recent surgery for removal of mass which was diagnosed as cancer. Her veterinarians have recommended chemotherapy and a phone consult regarding coverage and benefits with your representative helped us in making our decision. She will start chemotheorapy this week and hopefully treatment will arrest any further occurance of cancer.
Thank you for providing great coverage for an important member of our family.
