When submitting a claim it doesn't take too long for you to get your money.

I was dealing with an extremely difficult situation, which resulted in the loss of my beloved Maltese, Ziggi. Pets Best handled all of the paperwork associated with filing the claim. For that, I am eternally grateful. I highly recommend them.

My wife and I live in San Francisco with our dog Jelly. Jelly is six years old and has maintained relatively good health throughout her first 6 years. However, this year she became abruptly ill and was recently diagnosed with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). This is not a common disease and it was a tough road of discovery (with multiple trips to the vet) to ultimately uncover her diagnosis. The last few months have been challenging and emotional, and I can't imagine going through these difficult times without the support of Pets Best Insurance. Without insurance, I don't think we would have found the diagnosis for Jelly and I don't know if she would still be around to enjoy her life. She is now eating a diet that is conducive for her illness and is doing much better! Pets Best has been really supportive the entire way, was very reasonable with our submitted reimbursement claims and always provided a detailed description regarding our reimbursement. Embrace has covered every claim that I have submitted thus far. They have a great customer service staff, and they process claims in a very timely manner. I'm very impressed and grateful for them.

I had several claims for my two dogs and as soon as Embrace received the claims I was notified. They kept me informed through the process. The Embracers I have spoken with are great— they give wonderful customer service. They have always made me feel my dogs and I were important no matter how trivial the question or concern.

Our Dudley slipped his lead on a rail trail and was a lost dog for 18 days. When we got him back he was severely injured in the neck. Healthy Paws was there to help and it was so awesome how the company works with the owners to keep claims moving. The ease of access and convenience with submitting claims via the Healthy Paws app was so wonderful, especially since we were on the move all the time to keep up with our boy's recovery, and customer service was very accomodating each time that i called with questions. I received my reimbursement for Dudley's hospital care in a timely manner and didn't have to stress about where that money was going to come from. I would highly recommend this company to other pet owners. You just never know when you might need to use it. I sure didn't see our situation coming, but I was so glad I had Healthy Paws there to support me. They even followed up to see how Dudley was doing in his recovery. Amazing!

I absolutely love Embrace! It is so easy to file claims and the Wellness plan is awesome since there isn't a set amount a certain procedure. Claims get processed in no time and I get my refund quickly with their direct deposit. The one time a mistake was made on my account, I called and it was taken care of in the same day! Very nice people manning the phones as well. Literally cant say enough good things about Embrace.

I have only been an Embrace policy holder for a short time but I have been impressed by the speed of the Embrace claims process. I would definitely recommend Embrace to other pet owners.

I have had trupanion for at least 7 years and have a dog and cats. I have always gotten great service and they always paid as agreed in a very timely fashion. I have had other pet insurances that were terrible. I recommend trupanion to my friends as well as any vets I have contact with. It is by far the best insurance of any kind I have ever had.
