I was skeptical about the pet insurance market in general but was relieved that I had made the decision to purchase it when, a few months later, my young rescue dog got severely ill. It turns out I couldn't have picked a better company, too. The insurance product has turned out quite valuable to me, financially. But I have been amazed by the quality of customer service. The company is responsive, polite, helpful and caring. It is only a shame that they only provide insurance for pets, not humans.

Submitting invoices to Healthy Paws is easy and receiving timely reimbursements makes us grateful to have their pet insurance.

I was unsure about getting pet insurance at all in the beginning. I did all the math and got two quotes from two different companies. Getting the insurance did make financial sense, especially with the peace of mind in case of an emergency. While the two quotes I got did not match up in terms of insurance options (copays, deductables, preventative, etc.), ASPCA seemed to be a better value overall. After signing up, I received a very friendly courtesy call asking if I had any questions and you could tell the person genuinely wanted to help. I also received a call after my first claim, making sure it went smoothly and if I needed anything. The care and concern of ASPCA I have experienced thus far is quite rare nowadays. They certainly have my support.

Excellent insurance to have on my dog. Easy forms, easy navigation and prompt claim payments. I've had the insurance on my dog since she was a puppy. We are now in our 3rd year and am extremely glad I have this insurance.

Give the option of paying online. Right now there is no place on your website to make a payment. I know now the policy auto-renews but maybe I want to make the payment on my own.

Tried online but it wasn't working. Did it over and over which was very frustrating. Be that difficult especially the last time I did it it was much easier. Not sure what is wrong with the website. That is the reason why I gave it an eight. The representative was so helpful she stuck with me the whole time and was extremely pleasant during the whole thing even though I was getting very frustrated. I also recommend trupanion to most people but I know that I just got a new pets. They have recently gotten back to me and told me that the rates have gone up tremendously and I are much higher than some of the other companies. Hopefully the online situation will be taken care of and it will be a quicker process. Thank you

Doing the reporting and submitting information on line was the only way to go and only took about ten days for reimbursement.

Experience, thus far, has been good.

I have been with ASPCA 7 months now and sent in several claims. My Bullmastiff had emergency cataract surgery in another state so the cost was not routine.. They processed all claims in a timely matter without questions. I only wish people insurance was as easy to work with.
