Embrace pet insurance is okay

I'm very happy with Embrace Pet Insurance for my dog. They have been easy to communicate with and very helpful when I've had a question. They always contact my veterinary clinic when I submit a claim. I was a little surprised when they had the expectation that my veterinary clinic would do the paperwork on an emergency service, as I know of no vet clinic that would do this. Otherwise, they have been great and very quick to respond to a claim.

My boys have been with embrace for over 2 years. The process to file a claim is easy and the refund is issued in a timely manner. I highly encourage all pet owner's to have pet insurance, and EMBRACE is a great company for this.

We have had Embrace Pet Insurance since we adopted our "Little Black Olive" (English Black Lab mix) when she was around one year of age from a local shelter. She has been a healthy loving quirky dog until a recent sarcoma cancer diagnosis. When I called Embrace about using our insurance for the first time, the customer care person couldn't have been kinder and showed genuine concern for our girl. We had a summer of surgery, wound care (they got all the cancer but couldn't close the wound , it had to granulate in), and oncology visits for chemotherapy. Embrace was with us every step of the way, paying claims promptly and making sure we received the checks. She is now Cancer free and we are hoping for many more years as Embrace Insurance customers. Healthy paws make sure to get the bills directly from the vet or hospital, encourages us to stay focussed on our pets, promptly sends cheques, remembers their birthdays and check in on how they're recovering. Genuinely kind and caring, you could not find a better company to insure your pets. Highly recommended.

When I sent the claim to Nationwide, it was an easy process to follow. The instructions were clear and communication was great throughout. I received a confirmation for every step of the process, and the reimbursement check came sooner than expected! Great experience!!

I'm a new customer. Submitting the claim was very easy. I had email communication right away explaining the timing and another one when the claim was processed. Nationwide paid the amount that was covered by my plan. The claim was processed super fast. Overall great experience so far. If I feel the same after couple of months of using this insurance, I may consider more expensive plan.
