Our Dog, Sophie, Was "Porcupined"...
Our dog, Sophie, was "porcupined" while we were at our cottage in Canada. Fortunately, we already have a local vet there so I contacted them and they had us bring her in right away. They took good care of her and when we got home two days later, I submitted the claim. I checked on the claim after the weekend and was surprised that it was being processed. This was our first time submitting a claim so I didn't know what to expect. Very pleased with the entire process. Thanks!

Our Little Boy Had Sudden Retinal...
Our little boy had sudden retinal detachment in both eyes that Pet's Best would not cover because it happened too close to when we switched our pet's insurance over to Pet's Best. We lost the dog we knew and loved when he went instantly blind within a few minutes and he became scared to walk or hike with us. We did the surgery in only one eye because that was all we could afford without the insurance coverage. The surgery was successful, but several months later his only good eye's cornea became infected due to a scratch and resulted in a corneal ulcer. Pet's best has covered all of the care with the cornea quickly so I can pay my resulting credit card bills when they come due. Although he has now lost most of the sight in the good eye due to the ulcer, he is still able to see a small amount. Without the insurance coverage paying for the care of the ulcer, the money we spent on the surgery and the continued care needed to keep the cornea healthy and healing would have cost him his eyesight again and more than likely the depression over his loss of sight would have taken him too early in life.

Thankful forcoverage
My 3-year-old Bernese seems to have had more than her share of unexpected medical emergencies. As a puppy she ingested the seed "cobs" of mullein and had emergency GI surgery. Then, this fall she began seizing in the yard and was rushed to the local vet emergency center for IV's of anti-seizure medication, hospitalized for observation, and checked extensively by their resident neurologist.
I am so grateful for the affordable insurance coverage offered by Embrace. Otherwise, as a senior on a fixed income, I undoubtedly would not be able to afford quality health care for this big girl. Thank you, Embrace!

look out for the exclusions!
You cannot believe what they don't cover! read your policy as anyone should and be aware that even common conditions will not be covered. These items include no dental disease coverage, no annual visits even offered, and not one of my exam fees/office visits has ever been covered. they even excluded my perfectly healthy dog from being able to get coverage for future hip dysplasia. makes no sense. I'm looking into aspca coverage.

Embrace is the best
My male dog has had some setbacks lately. An ear infection on a weekend so it had to be treated by an emergency pet hospital was quite expensive-Embrace paid their share. Then because of some strange behavior around eating, our vet ordered an abdominal ultra sound which found a testicle tumor. This was also an expensive procedure and Embrace paid their share. So what more can I say than Embrace you are the best. I am so thankful that you have also covered 3 TPLO knee surgeries. We love our two dogs and are so glad that we bought Embrace pet insurance.

An Insurance Company which cares
ASPCA continually offers wonderful and caring service. It's a bit pricey out of pocket, I won't lie, but the times I've needed them they have been wonderful. Claims are all online and quickly processed. I always get a follow up phone call on the health of my pup after she's been in to the vet. Everyone I speak with is helpful, kind, and genuinely seems to want to make my experience a good one.
I am constantly telling people about ASPCA pet coverage and am an advocate for having our fur-babies covered. Thank you for all you do.
