Healthy Paws exceeds my expectations on all levels! I did due diligence and researched pet insurance companies before signing Morgan up with Healthy Paws. I initially thought I would need insurance for orthopedic injuries; little did I know what was in store. Morgan was diagnosed with diabetes over a year ago, has had several surgeries to remove lipomas and a soft tissue sarcoma. But the most unexpected was a recent emergent event where Morgan had a tumor that was quietly growing on her spleen until it ruptured. She required emergency surgery and 3 days of ICU. Healthy Paws paid 80% of the surgery and hospital bill of 9,200 with the claim processed within 10 days! I am happy to report that Morgan's tumor ended up being benign! Healthy Paws has covered up to 80% of Morgan's ongoing medical expenses related to diabetes, as well as past surgeries and testing. They genuinely care about how she is doing and provide excellent service. Morgan is my world, and I am grateful to Healthy Paws for taking care of both of us!

I advise everyone to get insurance because you never want to be in a situation where you can't afford to pay for unexpected injuries or problems your pet might have. Our pets are like our children, we can't just put them to sleep because we can't afford a surgery or treatment to save their life.

I have looked at other insurance plans and I think Nationwide has the best. They have my house and vehicle policies for the last 25 years and have done a great job. I took a chance to insure my pet and they have fulfilled my expectations.

Our dog had a lipoma removed from his left rear hock, along with several small fatty masses from his eyelids. Fortunately all were benign! After subtracting our annual deductible, our insurance paid 93% of the claim amount! We are delighted that the only part that wasn't covered was a coincidental tooth cleaning which we knew would be excluded under the policy terms. We are very satisfied customers and have peace of mind knowing our companions are covered.

I have no words that can come close to describing how extremely satisfied I am with Nationwide Pet insurance services and claim process. I have three furry babies all different breeds, a Siberian Husky, an Australian Shepherd and an American Cocker Spaniel who I love dearly. They are family not just pets and their wellbeing means everything to me. Thank God so far I have only had to do small claims but you have made the process easy and that is important when we have the stress of having our pets ill or injured. You guys do a tremendous job to give us a great peace of mind. I highly recommend Nationwide Pet insurance to everyone out there. I have never gotten pet insurance until we gotten our French bulldog. What a great insurance company. We have got a lot of money back that you spend at the Vet on normal check ups and mishaps. Thanks Nationwide for being there.
