The representative was very sympathetic over the death of my pet.

This was my first claim, so I didn't know what to expect. The vet had sent a preliminary estimate because they were about to close and I hadn't paid yet, and Trupanion said they had just received the actual invoice, so they were cancelling out what they had done on the estimate. They explained that their computers would call the first one a rejection, so they wanted to let me know before I saw it that it was just terminology, that the claim was indeed being paid. I was so grateful to hear that in advance! And then they paid the claim with no hassle -- so very uninsurance like. I wish Trupanion could insure me!

Trupanion allowed Odessa a future with our family. Each representative was caring and easy to talk to, they also facilitated communication between the vet and us.
