Great customer service
All claims are always processed in a timely manner. Whenever I have had questions they answered them quickly or followed up with me once they had the information. While there have not been many, any problem that did materialize was addressed quickly and to my satisfaction.

Embrace has our back
After embrace coming through for our two golden's with cancer, we had a health issue with our German Shepherd. With a bit of a issue of understanding between our vet and embrace, I was able to appeal the case smoothly and efficiently and they covered just what I thought would be covered. Received the checks already and as always singing the praise of Embrace pet insurance to anyone that will listen.

Great Coverage
We have had Embrace for a few years now and the coverage for both of our Great Danes is great. We recently rescued a puppy Great Dane named Goliath who has many medical issues due to his past lifestyle. As we get Goliath the treatments that he needs, Embrace has always been there for us. We find the process to file claims very easy and we are usually reimbursed within 14 days for any medical coverage we have for both our Danes. Thank you Embrace for being there for our Danes and helping them stay healthy!

Great customer service for an inexpensive coverage plan.
I've had ASPCA pet insurance for a year now and am continually impressed with their level of professionalism and customer service. I've been called several times just to check up on my kitty and my refunds have all been processed in a very timely manner without incident. I've recommended ASPCA Pet Insurance to several friends and family members as well!

Pet insurance excellence
I have had embrace for several years now. They have been easy to work with and coverage is exactly as expected. They pay promptly. They were a huge help when one of my cats had cancer treatments. Recommend without reservations.

Usually have to appeal in order to get anything out of the ordinary covered
Embrace has all of my dogs' medical records; every last vet visit they have had. Yet, they consistently deny my claims based on pre-existing conditions, for which the claim at hand is not related. My dog has a diagnosed food allergy; medical records show that this is an allergy to chicken, which presents as intense skin/paw licking and chewing. I brought her in for veterinary evaluation and treatment after she had been lethargic and had vomited multiple times over the course of 24 hours. A decent $600+ visit after exam, x-rays, bloodwork, fluids and cerenia. Diagnostics were within normal limits and the vet attributed the symptoms to a bug of some sorts. She resolved within a week. Upon submitting my claim, it was denied based on food allergies. This dog has not vomited a single time in the 6 years she's been with us --- how can they claim gastritis is related to food allergies? Now my vet has to spend her limited time writing a letter of rebuttal.
Embrace does not have veterinary professionals reviewing claims from the get go and this causes problems all down the line. I personally have a working history in vet medicine and I know when things do not make sense. I feel badly for any other customers with policies who don't understand the nuances and take denials at face value, not knowing that they are entitled to reimbursement for certain services.
