The Claim Experience On My Iphon...
The Claim experience on my iPhone went well. Because I sent it in on a Saturday 21 they received it the same day. The response was fast and I didn't have to worry about faxing or mailing it in.

Amazing Insurance and costumer care

Swift Response to Claim
Love Embrace Pet Insurance having my back during times when my doodle isn't feeling well. Embrace communicates when I file a claim immediately. They are courteous, kind and care about my pet. If you feel you need to speak with them, all you do is call and somebody will answer the phone or email them. It's so easy and fast. Thank you Embrace!

I am very pleased with ASPCA Pet Insurance.
My young dog has had two substantial issues since I got the insurance. One was an accident involving a severe paw laceration and the other is an orthopedic issue. Both large claims were handled quickly and efficiently. I did have to call a couple of times with questions and each time their first question was "How is Lexi doing?" I appreciate that.

Embrace covered everything that I expected them to cover.
Embrace gets two thumbs up from me. I have tried two other pet insurance companies in the past and will never go back to them. Embrace covered everything that I had expected them to cover. The claims were processed and paid in a fairly timely manner of about 7-8 days. The checks arrived about a week after the claim was completed and processed. I had several claims over a period of two weeks, and after my initial deductible of $500, they paid exactly what I thought would be covered.

Positive service and experience
We've been a member for over three years now. Our family has had an exceptional experience with Healthy Paws for this time. Our English Bulldog had a major surgery and was recently very ill. Because of Healthy Paws, our baby was well taken care of. Like most pet owners, our dog is a member of our family. We are thankful for the efficiency and caring of Healthy Paws. I would highly recommend this company for Bully owners!
