Having Gracie enrolled with Trupanion has been an absolute blessing, especially because she suffers from chronic allergies. Claims are reviewed and processed with lightning speed and the representatives are always extremely helpful and pleasant to speak with. Best customer service reps!
I don't know how you get the best customer service representatives for your company but you do. No matter when I call I get the nicest, friendliest, most compassionate, professional and helpful customer service representative. I appreciate your caring and compassion for my elderly puppy dog that is now in heart failure. When I get my next dog (or two) I can tell you that Trupanion will be along side of them as well Thank you from the bottom of my heart :)

Fees
I have one concern regarding the increases for fees. Is this something that will occur yearly, if so, then the cost will outweigh the benefit if at say year six I'm paying $150/ month. Life insurance for myself is not that much. Is there not a financial cap on the rates?
