Very efficient and caring

Signing up for pet insurance was long overdue on our to do list for our family dog Teddy and I am so glad I finally enrolled. Only 3 days after the waiting period was complete, our vet found a mass on Teddy's arm during a routine check up. I was totally caught off guard and fearing the worst! Fortunately, the mass ended up being a slow growing cancer that was unlikely to spread but the treatment cost was much more expensive than I would have anticipated. We submitted all the estimates to Embrace, they rushed our pre approval process and within days we had an understanding of what was covered (most of the cost!) and what our out of pocket expense would be. Having pet insurance allowed us to make an easy decision about moving forward with treatment for Teddy. He underwent surgical removal of the mass follows by 2 chemotherapy treatments. He is doing well now and should have a normal life expectancy, meaning we get to spend another 4-6 years with our buddy. Reimbursement was quick and working with embrace was always easy! Trupanion is very quick with claims. I hear back within a few minutes and so far have had a great experience submitting claims for my bulldog puppy. So far she has been covered for everything related to her Urinary tract infection. Other companies will limit the amount they pay out but this one doesn't its just one deductible per condition. Highly recommend!

After experiencing several costly surgeries and a diagnosis of cancer for my chow chow, I decided after her passing to check into pet insurance for my Shiba Inu. I am so glad that I did and I am so glad that I chose Embrace. I took out accident/illness and did not need to use it for the first few years but now that Tippon is 10 he has been experiencing ear infections/allergies and had fractured his tooth. I have never experienced any issues with Embrace upon filing a claim and they process the claims and issue a check in a very speedy fashion. I have peace of mind knowing that whatever issues may come up, my baby will be able to have the best medical care possible and Embrace will be there to help. I highly recommend them.

Maisy was diagnosed with a heart murmur last year, but recently it developed into severe mitral valve prolapse with a torn chordae, along with congestive heart failure. The hospitalization to stabilize her, ultrasounds, blood-work etc were all covered. She is now stable and on 3 medications that will give us a few more years together. I never had to think twice about treatment decisions because we had Embrace. Choosing Embrace was one of the best decisions I've ever made.

We are in the military and move every couple of years. Embrace is the only pet insurance we have found that has covered us from Alaska to Virginia. We appreciate the continuity and good coverage.

One of our 2 dogs became very ill caused by a raging virus while we were on vacation. At our local animal hospital, he was diagnosed and treated. He needed surgery, which kept in the hospital for several days. Follow-up care, including pricey antibiotics, lasted almost 4 weeks. Embrace promptly processed and paid it's share of the bills, which ran to about $5,500. We were so smart to have bought this insurance for the dogs when they were puppies. I hope everyone is a smart as we are.

We have had Embrace pet insurance for two years. The first year Joey developed a seizure disorder and once I hit my deductible I received my reimbursements very quickly. This year he had surgery on his tail and an allergy flare-up, and once again, our claims were quickly settled. It's easy to file a claim online by uploading your paperwork and in less than 10 days we typically have payment to our checking account. We are very, very happy with their services.

Well worth the money! They are amazing, I would highly recommend Pets Best insurance to anyone. It’s very easy to use and they are very responsive. I'm glad my baby will be okay and so will my pocket.

Thank you for being such an awesome insurance company. I'm glad I researched so much because my policy is awesome and prevented me from being broke or having to put my dog down. She's had an autoimmune disorder for 2 years but is holding steady thanks to expensive treatments and ongoing testing!
