I am so pleased with this insurance! I no longer get so anxious (my pet still does!) when I have to take my pet to the vet!
It was difficult finding a vet I trust and genuinely like. What a bonus he accepts this insurance!

Very thankful that I had major medical coverage. Covered roughly 75% of the cost. Made decisions at the vet much easier knowing that I was going to be reimbursed. Turn around for payment needs to be quicker. Thank you

A wonderful investment for my peace of mind.
Since I adopted my dog two years ago, we have had Penelope on this Pet Insurance combined with Banfield Pet Hospital's wellness plan. Getting the additional wellness prevention protection is completely worth it because of the overall savings. Best of all, I know that if something major happens, it won't put as much of a hole in our pockets while enduring the struggles of a sick, furry loved one.

Reimbursement options
My problem was solved with a very simple answer and suggested instead of receiving my payment in a check, set up an automotic deposit into my checking account, which works out great, Thankyou !

ASPCA has performed as advertised.
Our puppy had an accident and fractured his foot. We have been numerous times to the local vet, and to a specialist. ASPCA has been very cooperative and prompt handling all our claims (9) up to this point. For more than 1 cast, X-rays, shots etc. We have Wellness, Accident standard policy. Pleased with our pet insurance at this point. We will have more vet visits in the future, am glad we took out pet insurance to start with and we are very pleased with ASPCA.
