My buddy Jackson was diagnosed with Cancer-heartbreaking. Trupanion made it possible to give him the treatments he needed and never once denied payment no matter how large the cost. After I added up the sum of treatment, their portion came to over ten thousand dollars I was able to have him with me 18 extra months! Thank you Trupanion.

Trupanion insurance is the best thing you can get for your pet, and for you.
I cannot say enough good things about this company and its customer service folks. Honest, clear, transparent, fair, compassionate and fast. I wish I had this insurance for me! An insurance company that does not try to get around its responsibilities is a rarity in this day and age. Thank you for making Arran's life and our treatment decisions for him so much easier. He is 13.5 and still going strong!

All my experiences with trupanion from questions for representatives about coverages or anything from claim process to quotes on additional pets are answered so effective, efficiently and genuinely. I never feel as though I am rushed or any question is inconvenient whether it's 3pm or 3am. Best decision I have ever made as a pet owner. A+

Prompt service
I think the rates are high, I only pay $45 a month for my other standard poodle with another company. I am very happy with the prompt service though and fast delivery of my cheque
