Great!
Great service! One of my cats had an unexpected serious medical issue with several claims, and Embrace has handled all of them promptly and communicated with me about their status the whole way. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for pet insurance.

Easy, Quick, friendly and caring company
My dog has been insured with Healthy Paws for about 6 months and Healthy Paws has been nothing but amazing! Recently my dog needed surgery on both his legs and I immediately called Healthy Paws to see if it was covered under our plan, they assured me it was. The Health Paws staff is always so caring. Every time I call with a question they ask how my pet is feeling which helped so much during this stressful time. Then after surgery I submitted my claim and it was processed much faster than I had anticipated. To top it off they sent me a personal email to ask how my dog was recovering from surgery! I am so happy I have Healthy Paws! They are professional, submitting claims is simple and their customer service is top notch. I am very pleased with them and definitely would recommend them to other pet parents!

Very easy to work with and kept informed as to claims.
Embrace provides the coverage that was in initial information, and maintains contact with me from the time the claim is received at Embrace and determination has been made as to determination is made. Any phone contact with agents has always been positive.

If You have had previous ailments with another insurance don't bother with embrace.
My Pup Has had ASPCA Insurance for a year, while with that insurance he has had vomiting, abrasions on his feet and more. We decided to leave ASPCA because they barely was covering anything. Queue Embrace, i did my research and figure this was a good company, boy was i wrong. My pup got a cyst on his foot, and it was classified as foot licking which apparently in the same category as skin abrasions/scabs from his past incident so he want covered, they claim that he needs to be free of any foot skin issues for 12 months to receive coverage, next issue he had was a vomiting fit where yet again while the claim hasn't gone fully though, a email sent to me about his coverage a few weeks back stated that since he had a previous issue of vomiting in the past, he needs to also be clear for 12 months before embrace will cover anything, so i know that this recent bill will 99% sure not be covered. What are they good for then? Sure my pups wellness things gets taken care of but I'm paying higher for insurance than ASPCA for barely any real coverage. I have a 500$ deductible, pay extra for 400$ of wellness coverage and Rx Prescription coverage. Yet here I'm am also ditching out over 2k worth of vet bills that honestly should be covered. Why have insurance if the issues I'm having will never get covered? Waste of time, money and aggravation.

Peace of Mind with "no-hassle" pet insurance
I adopted a dog three and a half years ago and signed up with Healthy Paws soon after the adoption. My dog has had several major medical issues including Heartworm, emergency surgery to remove a foreign object in his intestine, and pneumonia. He has also had several run of the mill type things like rheumatoid arthritis and mild anemia. We've been to the vet a lot and I have been very happy with Healthy Paws as my Pet Insurance provider. Their process for submitting a claim is very easy, it just takes a minute. In addition, the processing and reimbursement goes quickly. I chose ACH electronic reimbursement and the credit appears in my account usually less than a week after I submit the claim. They also have been very good with coverage. I actually had a disagreement with something relating to coverage early on and I was able to escalate the issue easily and got the proper attention and ultimately got a resolution that I was happy with. I did a lot of research before picking a Pet Insurance provider and I am happy to say that my choice has been confirmed over and over again during the past three and a half years. I adopted an older dog and was surprised that some providers don't even offer insurance to dogs that age. I recommend Healthy Paws to everyone I know. It gives me peace of mind to not have to make decisions about my pet's health based on what I can afford. Going through an emergency surgery for intestinal obstruction is an expensive ordeal ($8,000) that can happen to any dog and it was a huge relief to know we had a reliable pet insurance provider.

Compassionate
The woman, Sam, that I spoke to on the phone was extremely compassionate and helpful during a horrible crisis. She stayed on the phone with me and answered all my questions with the utmost empathy. She really helped me during this terrible incident of my dog being attacked.
