Helpful representative
My dog has many many visits for his current condition, I was having a hard time keeping track of all of the services performed and getting late charges from clinic. The Representative was helpful in resolving this issue for me.

Trupanion always deals with claims in a timely manner. The reps. I have spoken with are always friendly and helpful. They always ask how my pet is doing and that definitely makes me feel good!

Premiums
For the premiums I pay, as well as significant increases over time, I am disappointed that wellness/dental and medications for pre-existing conditions are not covered.
