Good Insurance Glad I Got It
I swore when I got my next cat we would get health insurance for him/her. So I did. At that time there weren't that many pet insurance companies out there and since I am an ASPCA Guardian I went with them. It's been twelve years now and my cat has various health problems and the insurance has helped me a lot in paying vet bills. I can submit claims online or via my phone and have the money put directly into my bank. They have been very good in paying for her health problems and in a timely fashion. And I always get a phone call from them after I have had a claim to see how we both are doing and they are always so nice.

Easy to add additional pets!
I have been using Embrace for over 2 years for my dog Zeke - we recently added a new Goldendoodle puppy to our family. It was so easy to add Dierks on to our policy. I have both types of coverage for my dogs and really appreciate the Wellness Coverage for all of the "small" things that need to be purchased/done for them. I tell all my family and friends about Embrace!

With gratitude for the ongoing support
I have been a customer for the past 16 years, and never wanted to need to submit any claims. I hoped that my beloved boy would not get so sick as he has. Our lives took an unexpected turn when he got sick in August, and then the cancer was diagnosed in September. I can tell you that Petsecure has been prompt in responding to and paying my claims. The agents are always compassionate, asking about how he is, and seem to understand how hard this is for me, his mom. I am truly grateful for their help. It alleviates the concern regarding finances, and I know that I can pay for anything that will contribute to his quality of life which is of course my priority. Thank you so much!!

Thankful for insurance.
My pup has been very healthy for four years. Now he has had a rash of infections. Embrace has been great so far in covering Vet bills. He is still under care and I hope future bills will be paid just as well. The care far exceeds the cost of the insurance.

Very happy with this insurance company
This insurance company was there for me and my dog. They were very courteous on the phone, explained everything to me, and quickly resolved the claim and got me my reimbursement.

Professional and helpful customer service
Embrace has been timely with processing our claims. Once they have all the records and document any pre-existing conditions or expiring conditions, they stick to the facts and process the claims correctly. They have been professional and very helpful as we have dealt with some new health concerns that have recently surfaced.

So happy with Embrace!
I have been really happy with Embrace since we started with them about 6 or 7 months ago. I recently had a claim problem because when my lab needed two damaged teeth removed, the vet also cleaned her teeth, which had just been cleaned a few months ago. So that kicked the claim out as a duplicate claim. I contacted Embrace, who contacted the vet to find out that they just did an extra touch up cleaning while she was under and having the two damaged teeth removed. Embrace covered the claim, which did have a deductible, but that was fine because now she has met the deductible. I still received a good portion of the expense back, so I was very happy. I am hoping that she won't need any other treatments this year! Thanks so much to Embrace for getting the claim accepted!

Claims handled efficiently
Our old guy has been diagnosed with Cushings Disease and is receiving acupuncture treatment. The treatments have helped him immensely and Embrace has been great at covering his treatments and his ultra-sound test. We are very pleased.

PetsBest made filing a claim super quick and super easy!
I had a claim to file for my puppy. I was able to do it quickly and easily online. I received a response within a couple days it was approved and the money was deposited directly into my account.
