Very Helpful With My Cat'S Injury...
Very helpful with my cat's injury and necessary surgery after being hit by a truck and barely escaping. we had to respond quickly and they notified me within a few days.

What's not to like?!
Unfortunately our dog has had to deal with multiple health issues and we have had to submit frequent claims, but in every instance those claims have been reviewed and processed in an unbelievably timely manner and when we have had direct contact with those working for Trupanion they have invariably been friendly, helpful and interested in helping improve our pet's well-being.
Those running Trupanion should definitely send out representatives to train those working in the human health industry as to how it should be done!

Great
Snuggles had been limping for months. Eventually laser treatment was started. He improved so much it was unbelievable. His claims were paid at a good rate & very promptly. ASPCA Ins even called later to see how he was doing. Thank you so much for caring.

Exceptional Service
Pets Plus Us is the only company I highly recommend, They went over and beyond my expectations, the rep has been very caring and quickly responds to any of our concerns and claims, she is most pleasant and very knowledgable, our pets are part of our family and it is reassuring to know that when and if you may need medical service and we did with our beautiful dog they are there to see that they receive the best help possible.

Trupanion is fast and reliable, and the staff are always friendly!
I have several pets insured with Trupanion and I couldn't be happier. They've helped make it possible for me to provide the best veterinary care possible and with their awesome express pay option - they paid my veterinarian directly so I was only out of pocket on my deductible and my responsible portion. Claims are easy to process, the representatives are always friendly, and they're always available to answer questions.

Healthpaws has been available on the phone to answer my questions in a time of crisis. They have followed up with emails to check on my pet. They also reimbursed me very quickly which was so helpful as not to be in a bind when the credit card bills came through. IF you don't have pet insurance yet, this is the company that will make you happy you chose them
I have had my two canine fur babies, a Newfoundland and a Pyrenees mix, both rescues, with Healthy Paws for about five years and I trust this company completely. Not once have I felt frustrated or that a claim wasn't handled properly. They cover exactly what they say they will and process claims quickly and without a fuss. They even make it easy to file a claim online. This particular aspect becomes valuable when you're feeling very sad after finding out about a serious diagnosis and paying a very large vet bill. We paid $6,000 for specialist vets and lots of testing, and were elated to find out how much they covered! Checks were mailed by Healthy Paws within two weeks. If you call in, you will be very impressed with how incredibly compassionate and helpful their customer service staff members are as well. They're obviously pet owners! If you don't have any pet insurance, this is the company to sign up with as soon as you bring your pet home.
