Cookie had an infection in her eye and was treated with antibiotics. Tow vets visits one for the diagnosis and a follow-up. I submitted the claims and within 10 days the claims were applied to my deductible. Easy peazy!

Each of them were friendly and very helpful to me in understanding exactly what I was questioning. You should absolutely be very proud of the Reps you have hired. I am not one to give 10 or top of the chart because I feel we all can do better but these employees were absolutely top notch and represent Trupanion very well.
