They help in give the information about doing the claims. We were able do a surgery that saved my puppy life. If we didn’t have the insurance he would die. He now a happy puppy.

Surprisingly Easy and Great Service
Surprisingly in a world where insurance companies try not to pay out, Healthy Paws paid every penny due to us in a timely manner. The process online is simple to submit a claim and you can check the status online too. We got our checks within a month of submitting our claims. Very easy to work with and great service.

The Speed In Which The Claims Wer...
The speed in which the claims were processed and the amount of time it took to receive a check was exceptionally quick. I was very impressed with how easy it was to file a claim and the results I've gotten. Great job!!

My Poor Baby Has Repeated Ear Inf...
My poor baby has repeated ear inflammation and infections. This is due to allergies, which we are trying to control with diet. Recently after a clean she developed head tilt, stumbling and falling. She is now unable to climb higher than counters. But she does keep improving. Pets Best is the Best!! Fast claims response is so helpful as I can avoid interest charges on my credit card.
