Excellent customer service
The representative was very courteous and reassuring, in addressing my concerns regarding the unsuccessful attempts to fax my claim for my cat. He resolved the problem by providing me with another Fax number to submit my claim. Patrick handled my issue, to my utmost satisfaction. I am so thankful for his excellent customer service.

Please never change!
Trupanion has been there every step of Winston's journey, even with post-op complications. You all are so wonderful; you stand by your word and support us in the toughest times. We've rarely used our policy, until the other day when we found out our cat has diabetes. Trupanion was right there & faxed the claim form to the vet directly & in the same day, Trupanion authorized the payment & had processed on your end, many thanks!

Happy for coverage
I am happy to have coverage but was disappointed that Prissy's vet bills for doing tests at a speciality vet on September 18th was considered pre-existing. She had a swollen vulva before but the treatment was done for bacterial infection.
The specialty vet care thought she might have cancer and did a fine needle aspiration as well as a sonogram and blood work to see if there may have been tissue left from when she was spayed. So she has never had these tests done for possible cancer or tissue - just a bacterial infection once before. Thank you, Trupanion!
