After investing the money in the purchase and training of Miki and Taka (Akitas) I wanted to know that they had the best of health coverage for basic needs and any complications that might arise. Miki just had a fractured tooth removed and the claim process was very easy and the reimbursement was very prompt.

I was dealing with an extremely difficult situation, which resulted in the loss of my beloved Maltese, Ziggi. Pets Best handled all of the paperwork associated with filing the claim. For that, I am eternally grateful. I highly recommend them.

Everyone has been very helpful. My pup has been sick for the last month or so with no explanation. Fortunately I was able to get a diagnosis when she the symptoms started to get worse. Every time I have called with question to Trupanion the reps have been extremely supportive and compassionate. Thank you.

My wife and I live in San Francisco with our dog Jelly. Jelly is six years old and has maintained relatively good health throughout her first 6 years. However, this year she became abruptly ill and was recently diagnosed with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). This is not a common disease and it was a tough road of discovery (with multiple trips to the vet) to ultimately uncover her diagnosis. The last few months have been challenging and emotional, and I can't imagine going through these difficult times without the support of Pets Best Insurance. Without insurance, I don't think we would have found the diagnosis for Jelly and I don't know if she would still be around to enjoy her life. She is now eating a diet that is conducive for her illness and is doing much better! Pets Best has been really supportive the entire way, was very reasonable with our submitted reimbursement claims and always provided a detailed description regarding our reimbursement. I love TruPanion, the only complaint I have is that after 4 years of my premium increasing about $5-10 per year the last year the premium increased $40+ That a hard pill to swallow!

Nationwide was there for us when my sweet little Perseus had to have an alar fold resection and a soft palate resection in order to help him breathe. He also had a small umbilical hernia repair at the same time. Nationwide made it possible for me to not worry about the financial aspect of the surgery and allowed me to focus on my little Perseus as he recovered.

I couldn't be happier with this pet insurance. Claims are processed quickly and customer service is always there when you need them!
