I have been with ASPCA 7 months now and sent in several claims. My Bullmastiff had emergency cataract surgery in another state so the cost was not routine.. They processed all claims in a timely matter without questions. I only wish people insurance was as easy to work with.

I have never had pet insurance before so when I decided to look into it, I did a lot of research. Embrace kept popping up as highly recommended, so I decided to give them a try. Within the first month that I purchased the insurance, our pet started acting strange and running into things. We took her to the vet who recommended a specialist. She was diagnosed with sudden blindness and the insurance reimbursed us with no problems. About 8 months later, she suddenly lost use of her back end. Terrified, we took her to the vet right away who, once again referred us to a specialist. She ended up having a herniated disk and had emergency surgery to remove it from her back. She is now recovering wonderfully!! If it weren't for this insurance, I am sure we would have lost her since the surgery was several thousand dollars. I can't say enough wonderful things about this insurance! Reimbursement was quick and filing the claims was easy!! As long as I have a pet, I will have Embrace. After many years with Nationwide (formerly VPI) I decided to try another insurer when I rescued my next dog, and at my vet's recommendation, I explored Embrace. Not only has each Embrace staff member been courteous and sincere whenever I've had to reach out to one, but the company has been timely responsive. My cat developed asthma and is permanently on regulating medication. Each time I've submitted my correlating claims, within days it was reviewed, approved and I have received my coverage check.

Healthy Paws exceeds my expectations on all levels! I did due diligence and researched pet insurance companies before signing Morgan up with Healthy Paws. I initially thought I would need insurance for orthopedic injuries; little did I know what was in store. Morgan was diagnosed with diabetes over a year ago, has had several surgeries to remove lipomas and a soft tissue sarcoma. But the most unexpected was a recent emergent event where Morgan had a tumor that was quietly growing on her spleen until it ruptured. She required emergency surgery and 3 days of ICU. Healthy Paws paid 80% of the surgery and hospital bill of 9,200 with the claim processed within 10 days! I am happy to report that Morgan's tumor ended up being benign! Healthy Paws has covered up to 80% of Morgan's ongoing medical expenses related to diabetes, as well as past surgeries and testing. They genuinely care about how she is doing and provide excellent service. Morgan is my world, and I am grateful to Healthy Paws for taking care of both of us!
