Why can anyone initiate a policy but only someone with a license can cancel one
I signed up my under 6 month old kitten on Saturday, on Sunday i was locked out of the website and had to call to get password reset even though I never had one. On Monday I finally got to read policy and after reading it, started looking up reviews and saw this company likes to use any excuse to call any condition pre-existing which is not the security I was seeking. I called right after reading policy on Monday (policy says total refund if canceled within 30 days). I was told someone licensed in this area must call me back to cancel maybe in a week. Very scary and now I still want pet insurance, but am afraid to sign with another company until this is resolved. I also tried to use a coupon that claimed it would reduce registration fee, but was told it wouldn't. It was also indicated that I should have been able to have month of coverage to read what the coverage was and decide with no charge since this is a kitten, but no go on that either. This is a public company and I suppose shareholders are far more important to them than clients or pets. I never made a claim thank goodness so the rest of this is not applicable.

Exceptional Customer Service
I have been very impressed with the customer service provided by ASPCA pet insurance. I have used other per insurance companies and claim processing and turnaround is comparable but since signing up to the most recent follow up call on a claim that I received just today, I have thoroughly enjoyed all of my contact with customer service representatives of this company. They make you feel like ASPCA genuinely cares about your pet and that you're in the know about your pet's claims progress. The member center is easy to navigate and to access as well so you are never left in the dark on where a claim is at along the way, what you're getting reimbursed for and how much you're being reimbursed for. That is very important when dealing with an insurance company that is deducting payments from you monthly: seeing what you're actually paying for. The explanation of benefits is also very well detailed so it really leaves you with no questions to ask. But if you had one, a representative would be able to answer it no problem.

Able to treat Gus's lymphoma without worrying about all of the financial implications.
The stress of hearing your dog has lymphoma is terrible. Having Trupanion insurance made it possible for us to treat Gus without such a major financial burden. Gus is now almost 8 months in remission. He is a rescue who is a therapy dog who visits mentally ill teenagers.

Without question the best pet insurance I have used
I have had pet insurance for many years. The first time was with the only insurance company that existed at the time and it left a LOT to be desired. I then went to a much better company and had no complaints as far as their responsiveness but found their coverage wasn't enough for me. Trupanion has been a lifesaver for me and my three dogs. I recommend them frequently and wouldn't dream of switching. It's too bad human insurance doesn't work this well. Keep up the great service Trupanion, you are truly appreciated!!

Best Pet Insurance on the market
This is the best pet insurance available in the market. They cover 90% and their claim processing time is extremely fast. They also cover many conditions other insurances don't. If you want to be free from worrying about your pets health I would very strongly recommend getting Trupanion. Thank you for all that you have done for Pacha.
