Thank goodness for Trupanion!
Our dog was completely healthy for the first 5 1/2 years of his life. Suddenly, he started having seizures that are apparently due to epilepsy. We're still trying to get the seizures under control and reduce the frequency of these episodes. Our dog has needed lots of medications, tests and consultations with neurology specialists. We are so grateful to have Trupanion insurance to help us pay these expenses. I recommend this insurance to ANYONE I know with a pet. It's easy to file claims, and the payments are received promptly. Best decision we ever made!

Satisfied long time customer
I have submitted several claims and always received a prompt response to confirm receipt of claim, updates on status, and payment of claim. This is the only company I have used for pet insurance so have no basis to compare other companies, but I have been very happy with Embrace.

Trupanion is efficient and helpful.
No one expects anything to happen to their pet. When something does happen you realize how valuable pet insurance is. I am pleased with the prompt manner in which Trupanion helps their customers. They make it possible for my beloved dog to get the care she needs.

Healthy Paws is far above the rest
I cannot say enough about Healthy Paws. Hands down, the best!! I did a ton of research before enrolling, and boy am I glad I made the choice to go with Healthy Paws. The claim process is so simple and fast, and the reimbursements are received very quickly....usually within 2 weeks. Having a pet that had surgery and ongoing problems, it has been a relief to know that Healthy Paws is there for her and I'm able to get her the care she needs. I can't recommend them enough!! I will never own a pet again who is not enrolled in Healthy Paws. Definitely a lifesaver for me and my pup!! Their customer service is terrific as well. Never have to wait to talk to someone. Very caring and compassionate. Definitely a 10 all the way around!!

My heroes!
Embrace Pet Insurance is so amazing. I'm so glad I found them. Reasonably priced and very accessible. Excellent customer service. I know they don't do this often, but they were able to make an exception with my claim and helped me out. I feel like I"m talking to real people who care about my dog vs. some random company. Highly recommended.

I believe the Trupanion pet insurance program and its employees are excellent, very knowledgeable and professional.
I have had many dogs over the last 25 years and have covered them with other pet insurance carriers. I was extremely happy to join Trupanion over 5 years ago and they have stood by their coverage and in addition with their professional and knowledgeable customer support team.

Uncomplicated, seamless, caring, Healthy Paws is an exceptional service
Our experience with Healthy Paws has been exceptional and seamless. While we never want to avail ourselves of its benefits as it means one of our pets is sick, Healthy Paws has always been quick to reimburse our costs and to follow up about our pet's recovery. We absolutely wish human health insurance was as well run. I rave about it to all of my friends who have pets or are thinking about getting a pet. They've been happy as well.

Top Notch Service!
I've had to file two claims and both times, the claims were processed incredibly fast. I also appreciated the email communication throughout the process so I knew how things were progressing.
