The representative was very sympathetic over the death of my pet.

This was my first claim, so I didn't know what to expect. The vet had sent a preliminary estimate because they were about to close and I hadn't paid yet, and Trupanion said they had just received the actual invoice, so they were cancelling out what they had done on the estimate. They explained that their computers would call the first one a rejection, so they wanted to let me know before I saw it that it was just terminology, that the claim was indeed being paid. I was so grateful to hear that in advance! And then they paid the claim with no hassle -- so very uninsurance like. I wish Trupanion could insure me!

Trupanion allowed Odessa a future with our family. Each representative was caring and easy to talk to, they also facilitated communication between the vet and us. Allowing the surgeon to provide everything she needed without having to worry about a budget! Such a heavy financial weight lifted and I will always keep my pets insured through Trupanion. Trupanion has always met our furry family members needs quickly, as well as making us humans feel at ease during what may be a troubling situation when your pet family member requires attention. The person I spoke to this week was very cheerful and a pleasure to speak with! That has always been our experience with Trupanion staff - polite, knowledgeable, and calming. The Claim experience on my iPhone went well. Because I sent it in on a Saturday 21 they received it the same day. The response was fast and I didn't have to worry about faxing or mailing it in.

When I have a question about how to file a claim a representivtive is willing to walk me through the claim. Everybody at Trupanion is very helpful with questions that I may have.

I think I should have been warned when I first signed up for the insurance that the cost would go up considerably after any claims!
