I received the policy in October but...
I received the policy in October but nothing that looked like a bill or statement. You should send a separate statement. I could have missed the renewal deadline if you hadn't sent an email today. Your specialist was very good over the phone.

FIGO WAS THERE FOR US!
My Labrador puppy was facing life saving surgery. It had to be done at an emergency hospital so it was going to be very expensive. Even though I was scared to death, I took out a CareCredit loan that I really couldn't afford, to pay for the surgery. I kept praying that FIGO was reputable and would pay as promised in my contract and not find a "loop-hole" like some insurance companies do. FIGO came through. They paid everything but my deductible. I am very glad I have FIGO pet insurance for my dogs. Thank you FIGO!!

Claim Processing - A+
We have been an Embrace customer for three years now, and we have had nothing but great success with our claim processing whether it is a Wellness or Illness Claim. I just recently submitted my pet's Wellness Claim from October 27, 2017, and they just processed my refund today! It only took four days to have all of our paperwork processed and the deposit sent to my bank account! Awesome customer service too!

Denied claim
This 1st claim was denied saying an ear infection was a pre-existing condition. I don't understand how an ear infection is a pre-existing condition. An ear infection is a condition that just happens. It's not like having a bad heart or kidney failure. The ear got infected and they refused the claim.

I appreciate her kindness
The representative was very nice, much nicer than the last person that I talked to, so I appreciate her kindness. The person that signed me up for pet insurance failed to tell me there was a deductible and was very misleading

Extremely pleased with the claim experience.
I really appreciate the ease of submitting the claim all done on-line, quick and efficient. The explanation of benefit was the best. It clearly showed what was on the Vet bill and what they covered and the amount. Much better then our previous insurance company. Very pleased with the whole process.
