Over The Years I'Ve Used Other Pe...

Over the years I've used other pet insurance, including VPI, and since I found Pets Best I would never change to another carrier. Your employees are extremely courteous, considerate and knowledgeable. When I had an issue with an emergency and had to call poison control, my claim was declined, but most importantly, I received a telephone call to explain why (because my contact was not a licensed veterinarian) and what I could do in the future. This level of care is sorely lacking in the market place today, and it adds to the complete satisfaction I've had over the years dealing with this company. I always sense a level of compassion in my exchanges with personnel. Pets Best processes and pay claims extremely quickly and doesn't dicker like other companies do who want to get out of paying. I recommend this company to all my friends who are not insured (and even some who are). This company is truly a shining beacon in a marketplace that is so often frustrating and unsatisfactory.

Best darned service around!

Fantastic company. Working in the dental community we deal with insurance companies on a continual basis. Trupanion puts them to shame. Only wish people's insurance was as forthcoming and quick and concise. Bravo you guys!!!!

Best Insurance

One of my kitties was diagnosed with cancer 2 1/2 yrs ago. It was devastating. Thankfully we found good treatment options and Embrace covered it. Claim submission is easy, processing time is short, payments the same and I've never had surprises regarding the charges covered. With Embrace's help we saved Mishi's life. Thank you !!!

Trupanion is amazing!

Unfortunately, I have had two claims with Trupanion. One with my 3 year old Havanese and one with my 8 year old Havanese. Trupanion has always been great to answer my questions, process my claims, and give me the piece of mind to know that if something does happen to my girls, they will have the coverage needed.

Very good insurance company.

Embrace Pet Insurance company is a very good company. I have had other insurance companies in years past for other pets and they lacked professionalism and service for my pet. When I found Embrace online, I compared them with other insurance companies and they should be rated very high. I recommend them to all pet owners.

Trupanion Insurance

I have been extremely pleased with my Trupanion insurance for my dog. My claims are submitted by my veterinarian so that couldn't be easier. The claims have been handled efficiently and quickly.
