When I filed a claim in April it never went thru, hopefully this claim and my new claim will be paid

Your premiums keep rising at a rate which I'm not sure is sustainable with many of your customers. I e been with Trupanion for over 7 years & have had to change my deductible from 0, then to 50, & finally, because I'm disabled and on a very small fixed income now, I've had to change the deductible to $1000 which is honestly beyond my means. It is very disheartening & I don't believe the same excuse Trupanion got bed every year they raise the premiums.. about how vet costs are rising along with new treatments, etc. I'm actually thinking of looking at other pet insurance companies & I never thought I'd say that. I have sent 5 of my friends to Trupanion to join, & they're feeling about the same as me.

Had trouble in the beginning with someone using my credit card # and charging thousands of dollars of goods from you.

Having just acquired a new puppy I was inquiring as to a premium price for her. My breeder had signed me up for a six week trial with another carrier. I had hoped that I would qualify for a multi pet discount However was disappointed to learn that this was not offered at your company. I have yet to decide where we will end up with her coverage but it would have been a no-brainer for me if you had matched The premium being offered elsewhere in the very least.

The rep was super nice, but not able to resolve my issue. I want to cancel but they could not do it because they are in USA...please cancel my policy for Titita. Call me to confirm or email. Thank you

At first we were very pleased with trupanion but the price increases have way beyond what we feel is reasonable for our level of utilization. We haven't had a claim since 2015 which was during our first year of coverage. We will most likely drop coverage.

I am not happy that the rates for both of my dogs have gone up so much. I feel that as soon as the dogs begin to age the rates go up because you know finding another company to insure older dogs at a decent rate isn't easy so offer good rates when the dogs are young but raise them significantly later.

I love working with this group. They are always on top of everything and very quick at resolving the claims and getting your refund out to you. Great bunch of people! And this is the cat that has to be put out to give shots, clip nails and comb out mats on his back. He can get really mean! Bu love him to pieces.

This is my first claim in which I received payment (last year I was just under my deductible). I was very happy with how easy it was to just upload my documents and receive payment quickly without having to ever pick up the phone. Very appreciated during a stressful time.
