We are so glad that we took out insurance for Maggie, as we could never have covered the costs for her illness. She is doing a lot better, and seems to be happy with life again. It was a rough summer for her, but hopefully now that we know what she has, it can be kept under control. We had some confusion about the bills, our vet faxes the claims to you and we pay him directly. That is no problem. The Veterinary Emergency Hospital that we had to take her to bills directly and there was some confusion with those bills. But your people were always very gracious with me over the phone, and we managed to sort things out. And all the vets have been fantastic, otherwise Maggie would never have made it through. Again thank you to your staff, they've really been a help through a stressful time.
