I could have avoided the call if I had been previously informed that more info was required. It was also my understanding that you would contact the Hope Center for all records that were lacking (which would have resolved my issue sooner). After calling, I received an email that merely said you needed an itemization of the charges -- I have sent a request on to the surgeons, but was wondering why this was not directed to the surgeon directly?

No surprises
I don't know what I would do without Trupanion. Claims are processed hassle free and the coverage is exactly what I purchased with no big surprises.

Saved my dog
I have to say! Trupanion basically saved my dog's life. The medical treatment she received was awesome! It also saved our lives too. Do to the fact that Vet Hospitals and exceptional care is very expensive. So paying the bill without having Trupanion would have broke us! So thank you Trupanion! My every month payment was worth seeing my Puppy up and playing again 😁😁

Makes me feel responsible
I hope I never have to make the choice between having to pay a vet Bill or having to "put the pet down". By having this pet insurance, the chances go down to next to no chance. Having Trupanion makes me feel like a responsible human being.
