Best customer service reps!
I don't know how you get the best customer service representatives for your company but you do. No matter when I call I get the nicest, friendliest, most compassionate, professional and helpful customer service representative. I appreciate your caring and compassion for my elderly puppy dog that is now in heart failure. When I get my next dog (or two) I can tell you that Trupanion will be along side of them as well Thank you from the bottom of my heart :)

Fees
I have one concern regarding the increases for fees. Is this something that will occur yearly, if so, then the cost will outweigh the benefit if at say year six I'm paying $150/ month. Life insurance for myself is not that much. Is there not a financial cap on the rates?

Love having Trupanion!
I love having trupanion for my babies they've been well taken care of between the veterinarian Dr and trupanion my dogs get unbelievable Healthcare and to this day every procedure they've gotten has been a successful one thank you trupanion.

Extremely satisfied

Absolutely lovely!
We have only been clients for just over 2 years and have now added our second pet, but everyone I have dealt with at Trupanion has been absolutely lovely! Even when I am stressed.
