Preexisting conditions
After being a long time customer, I feel that your policy regarding pre-existing illnesses is unfair. If a pet encounters kennel cough while staying in the kennel how is pre-existing? I'm not happy with your denial per my claim and will be switching to another company that has been offered through our company benefit package.

Trupanion always deals with claims in a timely manner. The reps. I have spoken with are always friendly and helpful. They always ask how my pet is doing and that definitely makes me feel good!
