Hello, I just wanted to tell Healthy Paws that I am filled with such gratitude of the handling of my dogs most recent emergency. I cannot share enough how much having insurance and this great company has helped with my recent dog emergency. All I know is without you I wouldn’t never been able to find out what was wrong with my boy, nor could I have afforded it. I can’t even begin to imagine the consequences of not being able to pay for his help. And all I can say is that you have been wonderful! You have processed my claims on time and sent out my checks so quickly. This is allowed me to focus on after care for my dog after surgery and provided me with great comfort. Again thank you all so much for being there and for all that you do. I never thought I would be using this insurance and I can I tell you how happy I am that I purchased it. My dog is like a family member and I love and appreciate what you have done for him and me. Again thank you and enjoy your holidays.

I will never be without pet health insurance again. Claim processing is excellent, advisors are knowledgeable, and claims are paid timely. My only complaint is that upon annual renewal, any medical conditions then under treatment are considered pre-existing conditions, subject to an additional limited continuation rider. I realize this is for rate purposes but I don’t believe it is reasonable, thus my overall score of 8 rather than 10.

My Buddy had surgery to remove a suspicious cyst. When I sent in my claims, customer service rep was very helpful, knew the exact status of my claim and answered all of my questions. I received my claim payment from Trupanion quickly, less than 2 weeks after surgery. Very pleased with this company.

If it weren't for Healthy Paws Pet Insurance, we may not have been able to save our beloved Gracie. This year she has undergone three surgeries and an emergency hospitalization. Healthy Paws quickly covered the costs of all procedures in accordance with the terms of our policy without any hassle or debate. Submitting a claim for coverage could not be easier. Having Healthy Paws insurance has saved us an incredible amount of money, making it well worth the reasonable monthly premium. After my dog had a couple of unrelated abdominal surgeries within a few months, I decided I should probably get insurance for him. Within 3 months, he was under the knife again. And then we were sent to specialists where he underwent a CT scan. Trupanion has reimbursed me over $3000 and they are helping to find a solution to my dog's stomach problems (ulcers).

Very very simple to file a claim. Took around 12 days to be paid. Would recommend this insurance to all my clients. Managing a vet hospital you see the devastation at not having enough funds to pay to care for your pet. ASPCA insurance is the answer.

We bought this insurance 8 years ago when our two Boxers were babies. Whew! Are we glad. It has definitely paid for itself! From surgeries for swallowing inappropriate objects to sudden onset of a Bells Palsy type of nerve issue where the jaw wouldn't work (McKenzie could not eat or drink on her own), you have been right there to save the day! And you do it quickly and happily! I have recommended you to every dog owner I know and a few a don't know and I will continue to do so. I see so many owners struggling to pay for expensive treatments and surgeries that their dogs really need. Some never get the treatment they need because the owner just can't afford it. It is so sad to see animals suffer when they don't have to. I am grateful that we made this important decision so many years ago. It has really saved the day and we haven't had to worry about if we should take the dog in to the vet or can we just ride it out and see if the problem goes away........ Trupanion is there each time. Such a relief.
