Excellent Service and Great Pet Insurance Co!
I have had Embrace Pet Insurance for about 9 years for my 2 dogs. I am very happy with this company and have never had a problem with any of my claims. I highly recommend Embrace.

I Alternate Between Two Different...
I alternate between two different vet clinics- one is less expensive but the other is open evenings or weekends. So I went to the more expensive one this time. I am disappointed that your wellness reimbursements are so low. Only the cut rate vet charges so little. I know the other clinic costs more but if I am not a client there I cannot go there in an emergency. You only paid about half of what the full-service vet charges and I certainly pay enough for premiums.

So understanding
Everyone I've Spoken to has been so understanding, always asking how Atreyu is first. Without this insurance would have lost him as the costs to cure him were way past our financial ability. We are so grateful for Trupanion!

Processing time
First I feel like it takes way to long to get things processed and second I also feel like they try hard to find a reason not to cover something! This insurance isn't cheap, not sure I would recommend Trupanion to others or if I would ever use Trupanion again if we were to get another dog someday!
