Nationwide Pet Insurance definitely was a breath of fresh air when we had to deal with a emergency life threatening situation with our sweet precious Oja. The entire process was very easy with no hassle to get reimbursed.

Was so thankful to have such great coverage. Helped take away the worry on how I would pay for everything for my fur baby! Wish my own health insurance was a great as my cat's insurance!

When the food is delivered, my cat, Mijou, takes pleasure to sit in the box and often she scratches as if looking for something.... the thought came that perhaps Chewy should randomly include a little secret toy in their shipment!!! it will be fun to see what's in there for her.... just a thought and feedback.

Nationwide has provided prompt claim reimbursement and coverage is adequate for my pet. I would say that the policy is better than the others that I have had in the past.

We carry whole pet with wellness for our Frenchie. She went in for her spay, and had some corrective procedures related to brachycephalic syndrome while she was under. The claim process was easy, the reimbursement was timely, and the reimbursement amount was as expected. No complaints. We pay a pretty high premium for the whole pet with wellness, but so far is have been worth every penny.

My six year old Dobe has had a number of unexpected medical issues and Nationwide has been great with their coverage. We have been using them since we brought our dog home at 12 weeks old. They have always been easy to work with and consistently process our claims very quickly.

This has been a trying time with our baby Pixie Dust. She's such a sweet dog and once her diagnosis was made of liver disease, I've been forcing 2 pills daily down her throat because she won't take them in any food/treat. Knowing such wonderful people are on your team and process the vet bills/claims so quickly and are easy to understand explanations helps to put my mind at ease. We are now looking at gall bladder surgery for her to cure what's wrong. I know those bills will be processed quickly that I won't have to worry about them. Thank you for being there for us!

My dog was diagnosed with Cushing's Disease after a somewhat prolonged workup. Trupanion was fabulous, covering everything related to the problem, including all diagnostic tests and now follow-up visits and medication. There was never been a problem.
