Situation is very unstable now
My situation is very unstable now, because Sophia Gianna is ill and is a very picky eater... Sometimes you're really very nice, people don't understand me and we have a problem.

Unresolved issue
The representative was unable to resolve my issue because my vet was forwarding additional information for Trupanion to consider in an appeal of a claim. The representative was, however, very professional and helpful.

It Was A Pretty Easy Process And ...
It was a pretty easy process and submitting it was nice and straight forward. I really enjoyed it. I was a little worried about submitting a claim since I am used to it being a pain to do but I am/will not dread submitting a claim to PetsBest. My puppy is now healthy and happy.
