Absolutely the BEST in Pet Health Insurance! We have literally been saved, financially, by HEALTHY PAWS! When our little best friend got sick, they were right there covering 90% of her bills. Their app makes Bill submission a piece of cake, and we usually receive our benefit funds within 10 days. I'm SO THANKFUL that we signed up with them, at the highest level possible (90% with a $250 deductible). With our vet bills exceeding $10,000, Healthy Paws has allowed us to get the very best care possible. Thank you, Healthy Paws! Look no further!

I have purchased pet insurance policies from other insurers in the past; however, never renewed after the first year. Once I discovered Embrace is offered through USAA, I purchased it immediately because of USAA's reputation. It was a great decision. I will be a life-long customer of Embrace Pet Insurance because they are serious about serving their customer and there are no technicalities when it comes to getting reimbursed. Now that I have signed up for Direct Deposit I receive my reimbursement within 2-4 days! REALLY! I am thoroughly impresses with the responsiveness of their customer service reps, their knowledge and their dedication to provide great service. You will be very happy with this company.

Affordable peace of mind for my dogs. Trupanion has taken good care of my dog who developed allergies. They cover 90% of his monthly medication, and he will be on it for life. Their claims process is simple and they inform you of the status of your claim every step of the way. Wouldnt be withour it. All 3 of my dogs have Trupanion, accident and illness policy :) - I work at an Emergency Vet Clinic and recommend it to ALL of our clients. Accidents do happen and pet insurance does help!

I have two dogs. Charley a maltipom and belle a miniature shih tzu. Every claim I have had to submit has been covered without a question.

Thank goodness we chose Embrace Pet Insurance!! Our Bullmastiff "Fergie" has some health issues we did not count on. You never know what is going to happen to your pet when you are picking out that adorable puppy!! We also bought the wellness insurance also which pays for itself every year when you go in for your yearly wellness check. Fergie has had some serious health issues and Embrace has been there for us through it all. They are quick on claims and keep you updated as your claim comes in. You have choices to sign up for-and we have never had a problem with submitting our claims-they are taken care of as soon as we fax them in. If I ever have had to call they are very helpful and caring on the telephone-very professional. I am so glad we chose them for our "Fergie"

I literally got talked into taking this insurance from a friend who assured me I wouldn't be sorry. I had just gotten two yorkie-poo puppies who were four months old. Having their checks done occurred on the next day; they were fine. It wasn't until later that I learned the wisdom of having insurance. The cost per month was minimal; wellness care was included, and when my one little dog hurt its leg and needed patella surgery, I was so glad I had listened to my friend. I am so impressed with the kindness and consideration and the communication of this group. I asked for flyers to give to my other friends who have animals. Thank you Embrace.

I have had Trupanion since 2013 and I would not be without it. I have compared Trupanion side by side with other pet insurance companies and it has come out on top in benefits and affordability, especially for those with multiple pets. My most recent claim dealt with one of my dogs who had been outside in the early morning around 3:00am only for thirty minutes when she came back inside the house with her head completely swollen up. I rushed her to the Emergency Vet Hospital and it was confirmed that she had encountered a rattlesnake and was bitten in the face. Antivenin was administered immediately to counter the effects of the rattlesnake venom and she was monitored until the emergency vet hospital closed and then I was advised to take her to my regular vet for further monitoring and testing through out the day and possibly additional doses of antivenin if warranted and copies of all of my dog's paperwork were being faxed there so they knew we were on our way. When we arrived at our regular vet, we were expected and my dog was taken right in and set up to be monitored and examined by the veterinarian there. I received update calls and as the day progressed, things were looking good. Fast action on our part and getting treatment averted any additional damage from the snake venom. Trupanion paid the claim without hesitation.

Embrace has approved every single one of my claims over the past yrs. and they have done it with compassion for my sick elder dog. I recommended the Company to my Vet who now recommends it. I did not want to have to make a financial decision with a huge medical bill, so they offer me peace of mind.
