Our little Maltese, DIVA began vomiting. Since we have Pets Best, there was no hesitation to wait before calling a vet, to see if her symptoms stopped. So called her vet right away and took her in. A good thing! She needed blood work up, xray and meds plus a 2 night stay. Faxed her bill in and received $377 of the $466 back. Pretty amazing when your pet has better and more affordable insurance than you do!

I always recommend Trupanion
I always recommend Trupanion, my pets have been with you for decade. I just wish the premium wouldn't go up so much we have held off on getting more pets due to it

I love Trupanion!
I love trupanion and recommend it to everyone who has a cat or dog, and to all vets. I am a senior citizen on a limited income and a widow, My dog means everything to me!!!! Thank God for Insurance.

Reliable and professional
We have been with Trupanion for 9 years and dozens of claims and never had a single issue with any claim nor had to follow up to ensure a claim was paid. Trupanion is reliable, professional, and an excellent choice that has allowed us to provide medical care to our beloved dog when we otherwise would have been financially unable. I wish all companies operated on the model Trupanion uses. I have never recommended any company or product to friends or family, but I routinely do so with friends who are considering adding a member to their family.

Recommend
I only recommend 2 pet insurance companies to friends that ask. Trupanion is one of them. But, I also advise them that my rates have increased close to 30% per year on average.
The next increase will likely require that we decrease our coverage. If our dog lives as long as other dogs we have had, eventually we may effectively have no coverage. The deductible and share of cost will have to be so high to make it affordable for us.
