I am so happy I have my dog insured with ASPCA
It has been about 3 years now that I have my dog Lilly insured with ASPCA. She gets a lot of ear infections and this year she was hit by a car and her paw was fractured. ASPCA not only reimbursed me in the amount specified on my plan, but called several times to see how Lilly was doing. I love that when you call them, your account is brought up right away with your telephone number and that you can talk to a live, knowledgeable, and caring customer service agent. I highly recommend ASPCA as a pet insurance company.

Insurers delivered on stated coverage
Healthy Paws made the choice of having our puppy's knee surgery less of a financial burden. They were very timely in responding to our claim and kept us informed Of the progress. Payment was received quickly. The company showed concern and interest in her recovery..

The BEST insurance experience ever!
I didn't have insurance on any of my pets growing up - or as an adult - until I purchased Trupanion for my newest DoberGirl, Allie. I have always worked in the healthcare industry - but for people. If there was only some way to make every "people" insurance company follow Trupanion's lead! I always get a note from Trupanion when filing a claim - telling me they "have the process from here." And payment on Allie's claim never takes more than 5 days - which alleviates all of my stress and allows me to focus on Allie's health.. TRUPANION IS PHENOMENAL! Responsible pet owners should never be without it!! Thank you so much, Trupanion, for your empathy and your professional service!

Lifesaver
Love love love Pets Best, I have never had any difficulty as they always paid promptly and explained everything thoroughly. I never ever want to be in the position to have to put a beloved pet down due to lack of finances. I can make a decision based on what's best for my pet and not if I can afford treatment or not. I am thankful for having peace of mind. thank you Pets Best--you really are the best!

First Impressions
The process for signing up with pet insurance was extremely smooth and thorough. The customer service rep I spoke to was very patient and helpful. We love our plan and all its benefits as well. Would definitely recommend to our friends and family based on our experience so far.

Thank you for being there for me and my fur baby.
My Ms. Koka is 12 almost 13 years old. She has diabetes and cushings. Her tests and medications are quite expensive, and Trupanion pays 90% of the claims. I don't know what I would do without you.

Fast, friendly service. AAAA++++
Very satisfied with claim process. it was the first claim in 8 years of having policy. I submitted the claim on a Thursday, by Saturday it was settled, and i had a direct deposit by Tuesday. OMG so fast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Highly recommend Trupanion

They are the best
I have trupanion for my 5 dogs (they use to be 8) anyway I have trupanion for the past 8 years and they are fast in processing claims, always helpful and knowledgeable and when you call - they are the best!
