Customer service has been so helpful, nice, and all around awesome!
I just signed up for this insurance and called 3 times total in the month I have had this insurance company.
The first call was to get set up for per insurance, the second was to make sure I was submitting in a claim correctly, and the third call was today. I had to make sure that the claim I sent in was correct and the customer service was above and beyond helpful, and made sure everything was correct for me.
I am one happy customer! Thank you customer service people at Embrace pet insurance!

I am grateful for the financial and moral support for Lucy
Almost every month for the past 5 years, I've asked myself if paying ~$30/month for health insurance for my cat Lucy was worth it, particularly at a time when i had needed to cut expenses......she is young and healthy. I've never had pet insurance before. Saturday night she was hit by a car, suffering fractures of her leg and pelvis. A neighbor found her and took her to Seattle Vet Specialists' ER. After assessing her injuries, the estimates for her immediate ICU care and subsequent surgery were more than I would have been able to manage had I not had Trupanion. Even at 2 am, when they were called, the Trupanion representative Roslyn was supportive and affirmed that the costs for immediate care and likely for related surgery would be covered. She worked with the SVS coordinator to set up direct vet billing. When I learned Lucy would need surgery, Kelli was also helpful and supportive. It was such an immense relief - knowing that the majority of expenses would be covered made all the difference between having to make a tough decision because of financial circumstances and getting her the care that would allow her to be with me for a long time. She is young and should recover well. I'm sooooo grateful for the caring staff and the financial piece of mind. Thanks so much!

Took the stress away
I was dealing with inexperienced clerks when I took my dog in for surgery. The problem was already identified, surgery just needed to happen. The clerks started asking for $2500 down, I mentioned multiple times that I had insurance through Trupanion... anyway it ended with a amazing lady named Heather getting on the phone with me to straighten everything out. I got pre-approved (as your suppose to) and my dog got better.

Very happy with Pets Plus Us

Wouldn’t have a pet without it!
Great company. Great people work there who love pets too. I wouldn’t have a pet without insurance ever. Animals are unpredictable like kids and you want the peace of mind that you could do everything for them when needed and not have to worry about the cost. It’s hard to put a price on a family pet or any pet for that matter. Our pet is a huge part of our family and would do everything we could to save them but without insurance that is very limiting.

ASPCA has been a good pet insurance decision for me.
The coverage is good and my claims have been handled well. The premium seemed to be comparable to other providers. I would use ASPCA pet insurance again for any animal I may have moving forward.

So fast...So easy...So efficient...So thankful
I was amazed that Trupanion reimbursed us within one week of our puppy's elbow dysplasia surgery. No problems, no questions... This is probably the most efficient company I've ever dealt with. I have peace of mind. Thank you Trupanion!

Awesome Insurance and super easy to submit a claim.
I had submitted a claim for my new puppy and paid for her puppy plan through my vet and was reimbursed within a week and a half. Super easy to submit a claim. Would recommend to anyone who has pets.

I received a call from your representative, checking in on Caesar. He know exactly what Caesar had gone through, to inquire how he was doing. Many Kiddos - Many Many Claims
I have had Trupanion since 2008 - They have covered many claims with many of my kiddos 99% processed quickly - they are always fair - responsive - I have gone through their appeal process many times - their third party escalated appeal process several times too - and I have always found them willing to work with me to resolve the issues.
