We have been with you for 16 years with our first born puppies. We're in the process of acquiring a new little one pretty soon (we're going to attempt to train him as Service Dog (SDIT) as well as a Therapy Dog. It was upsetting to hear that your mailing address had changed and never notified. How long ago did the address change? I wonder how many other people’s claims have not been taken care of because they didn’t have the new address?? There was any problem with my payment being deducted every month!!!! I mailed my claim to you on the 17th of October and the claim has never been received because of you changing the address and it has never been returned to me as I always have my return address on my envelopes!!!!! Why didn’t my claim get forwarded to your new address?
