I'm so glad I have Embrace Insurance, they came through with all of my claims.

I know my vet office is really busy. They are a good vet. But they could use a push to reply back to insurance and pet medication companies. I had to keep calling them too. I will left their office know too. Thanks for doing a great job with sending my check to me.

I was a procrastinator, I wasn't sure that our insurance would or could come through for us and our girl, but Trupanion HAS COME THROUGH!!...and in a big way!....Our dear black lab has been a hard luck girl, we rescued her at 5 and have given her our love, our hearts and our very lives. She is sweet and wonderful and growing older now, so thanks to Trupanion and the wonderful staff, we will be able to further her care and keep her happy and safe for the rest of her life. My pet had to be fully sedated at my vets office to get exam and x-rays for a torn cruciate ligament. The insurance paid all but my deductible and copayment. Unfortunately, my pet will be going for surgery to repair her leg, I'm hoping I will get the reimbursement on that as well!
