I Have Been Very Impressed With P...
I have been very impressed with Pets Best! When my dog was attacked by an animal a few weeks ago I had to rush her to an emergency vet (my vet isn't open on weekends). Knowing that the expense would be covered in part by insurance really put me at ease so that my dog could get the care she needed. The claims process was super easy and the response came back a few days later. I was able to receive a hefty reimbursement. The only thing that was a little confusing was the claim breakdown for my share of the deductible. It was a little bit unclear how much deductible I owed verse how much I had already paid (based on annual wellness exams, teeth cleanings, check-ups etc). But otherwise, Pets Best has always been a great experience! Thank you!

Our 5 1/2 Year Old Golden Had To ...
Our 5 1/2 year old Golden had to have a tumor removed which put us under awful stress. But I came home filed my claim and was notified very quickly of the claim being accepted, so the money worries were put to rest. Thank you

Excellent customer service!
I was very impressed at the ease and simple process for filing a claim and I received a cheque within one week! The customer service reps couldn't have been more helpful and were a pleasure to deal with! Overall one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time!

Claims process has improved a lot this year!
I am so thankful that I spent the time and money to insure my dog. I didn't have a single claim the first year, but Belle suddenly developed allergies last year so we've had to see the vet a lot, have had all kinds of tests done, and have had to buy a lot of medication to try to help her. I had issues with claims approval last year, but this year after talking to a supervisor, things have greatly improved!! My claims are paid very quickly now and that really helps me care for Belle.

Amazing Response
I am so very happy with Embrace, we have our 4 Irish Wolfhounds insured with them, and I had to make my very first claim. They paid even more then I expected, and it was SO fast, less then a week for our first claim.
Our old insurer took 3-4 weeks to pay out, and really made us fight for it, I am so pleased!
I will recommend Embrace to my many Wolfhound friends!

Petsecure is the best!
I have been with Petsecure for almost 20 years now and I would not insure my kids with anyone else. Over the years, this company has seen my dogs and cats from babyhood, through middle and old age and finally euthanasia. I have never had a claim denied and have always been shown respect, courtesy and genuine caring. I have found their deductibles reasonable and their plans extensive. Highly recommend.

Outstanding Pet Insurance
simply cannot say enough good about this insurance!! Hands down the best decision we made 1 1/2 years ago for our boy Brutus, a Doberman. Brutus unfortunately had major surgery (torn acl) and we have had the best experience with Healthy Paws!! Best pet insurance possible
I recently switched from VPI to ASPCA, I can honestly say this is way better than my last insurance company as far as insurance companies go. The reimbursement process is easy with the app, explanations are way better of what I’m getting vs what I filed the claim for, customer service is great and always call and check. All of this for a lower monthly premium.

LOVE LOVE LOVE TRUPANION

Healthy Paws is the Best! I am extremely happy with this pet insurance.
Healthy Paws has been wonderful! It's the first time I ever had pet insurance and I am so happy I got it. They respond quickly to claims and send refund quickly. Also I love the fact that they check up on the pet to see how they are doing. Makes me feel like they really care. I suggest Healthy Paws to all my friends. I looked at all insurances and compared them side by side. Healthy Paws has no limit in payout for the year and only one time annual deductible. not like most that have a cap on their payouts and the deductible can be per claim. I love this insurance it was the best decision I made for my pet.
