Never one issue
Your customer service agent was outstanding! He was very polite and thorough. I very much appreciated his well wishes for my sick dog and he even inquired about the well-being of my other dog. I have never had one issue with customer service or claims processing in the 7 years my dog has been insured.

It'S So Easy And Quick! I Submit...
It's so easy and quick! I submit the claim, within a day or so I am notified it's being processed and about a week later I receive the EOB and payment in my account. Love it!

We Have Been With You For 16 Year...
We have been with you for 16 years with our first born puppies. We're in the process of acquiring a new little one pretty soon (we're going to attempt to train him as Service Dog (SDIT) as well as a Therapy Dog. With all the pets we've had insured thru Pets Best Pet Health Insurance, I'm keeping my fingers and toes crossed you'll give us a good discount this time around.
