If you need help understanding any segment of your coverage/ payout they are courteous, sensitive and helpful. I cannot recommend Trupanion enough. Knowing that I can give my precious fur baby the best possible care no matter what arises gives me great peace of mind both emotionally and financially.

One day Loki came in from outside, and when he got a welcome pat on the butt, he yelped. Within a couple of hours he could barely walk and use his back legs. I immediately took him to my vet where they did X-rays and gave him an RX for pain. That evening he was worse, so I took him to the emergency specialty vet. He stayed two nights and received multiple tests including an MRI. and spinal tap. The result was inflammation of the spine, ruptured and bulging discs. The two days of charges came to over $5200. After my deductible, Embrace reimbursed me 80% including costs of medication. Loki is now being treated with acupuncture, chiropractic, massage, medicines and rest. He will never be the same, but at least he is able to have some comfort and a normal dog life. I would not have been able to afford this care without Embrace Insurance. I recommend Pet Insurance to all my friends with animals.

My credit card company had reissued my card I used to pay pet insurance bill and had changed the card number on the card which caused payment to be rejected. I just needed to substitute the new card number which was handled well.

The filing process was very simple and I received my check about a week later. They even have the option to link your bank account so you have direct deposit.
