I was a procrastinator, I wasn't sure that our insurance would or could come through for us and our girl, but Trupanion HAS COME THROUGH!!...and in a big way!....Our dear black lab has been a hard luck girl, we rescued her at 5 and have given her our love, our hearts and our very lives. She is sweet and wonderful and growing older now, so thanks to Trupanion and the wonderful staff, we will be able to further her care and keep her happy and safe for the rest of her life. Claim was easy to submit. I understood that the amount would be applied to my deductible. Thank you for your prompt service.

My pet had to be fully sedated at my vets office to get exam and x-rays for a torn cruciate ligament. The insurance paid all but my deductible and copayment. Unfortunately, my pet will be going for surgery to repair her leg, I'm hoping I will get the reimbursement on that as well!

My cat was attacked by a cayote 3 days after I canceled my pet insurance, in fact the day before it would have gone inactive. Obviously I was thrilled it was still in effect and realized no pet should ever be without pet insurance, especially when all seems well. They reinstated my coverage without a blip and even though the bill topped $6000, I got the reimbursement for all expenses a month later. Anytime I wrote them I got a quick response and it was easy to talk to a human if I wanted to call. What more can you ask?
