Embrace Customer Service is Great!
We have been clients of Embrace for years now and have stayed with them because of competitive pricing and quality customer service. We have 2 mixed breed Baja rescues and are 9 and 13. I wouldn't think of changing pet insurance companies, especially at this juncture in their lives when having the best pet insurance is most important!

Not bad
They are fine in paying claims but not very quick. Also, have to keep track of claims faxed or sent in as they aren't quick on receiving them for processing either. If that's not an issue to you, they are a good company to deal with.

Total scam
They can call just about anything a pre-existing condition and refuse to pay. Don't bother.

Fantastic Company
Penny, our 2 1/2 year old English Bulldog is a real problem child! Since she was a pup, we have had ongoing medical issues with her. She has chronic eye issues and severe allergies. But, she is a loving and sweet little girl. Embrace has been a life saver for both her and us! Seeing specialists for her treatments has been a challenge. Embrace has been right there and followed through with their commitment. They have covered her expenses as promised with quick and efficient service. When they do have a question, they have worked it out with the Vets involved and have never turned down anything. Maybe not the cheapest veterinary insurance, but the best value for the money! Most companies will not cover typical issues endemic to certain breeds, but Embrace does! Thanks Embrace. You guys are great!

Best decision we made for our puppy
Thank goodness we choose Embrace for our puppy. You never think anything could be wrong with your beautiful puppy. We welcomed Gracie into our family at 8 weeks old and instantly feel in love. She was a bundle of energy and just loved to play and run. At 9 months we realized she was not walking quite right. She needed surgery to correct her elbow that didn’t grow right. Having Embrace helped us get her needed surgery without putting so much stress on the budget! Embrace makes the process easy and I highly recommend them.

Amazing help.
I bought Trupanion because I had spent a year and thousands of dollars helping my puppy get over a dislocated ankle. I never want to go through that again. I have discovered that I will never be alone. my coverage is excellent and has helped my puppy immeasurably.

Your rep was knowledgeable...
Your rep was knowledgeable, courteous, and had a pleasant, natural voice and manner. Did not at all sound as though he was reading from a manual, as many do at other companies, and quite clearly was not located somewhere in Southeast Asia. This was refreshing

Love love love Trupanion!
This is the first time I have ever enrolled one of my pets in a health insurance program. I now have my Pit Bull, Sable enrolled with Trupanion. She developed some allergies and also severe arthritis in her right elbow joint. She has needed many meds and prescription foods for her condition. Trupanion has come through like a champ for us. It is easy to submit the claims and they direct deposit the allowed dollars into my bank account. The whole process is easy and very efficient and done in a matter of days. I am so grateful for Trupanion and know it will help me to keep Sable healthy for hopefully a long life. Highly recommend the company!!!

Embrace insurance is always easy to deal with.
Unfortunately, our dog had 2 knee surgeries (CCL) this past year. The surgeries and the rehab were difficult for him, and for us, but we were relieved to know that we had reliable and fair insurance to cover much of the costs for his medical care.
