Embrace's customer service was very kind and helpful when we filed our claim, assuring that we received the maximum benefit. They also kept us informed every step of the way. I wish my own health insurance was this good.

Has been a lifesaver...literally.
We have had ASPCA insurance on all three of our cats for years (even the youngest one when she was adopted). Having gone through CKD and cancer with two previous cats, we knew the potential for needing it would increase as the current pets got older. This has definitely been the case as our oldest cat was diagnosed with hyperthyroid and needed the radio iodine treatment, and then the subsequent discovery of CKD after the thyroid issue was resolved.
Thankful we decided to get it for the young one, as last year she swallowed an ENTIRE package of hair ties without us knowing, and needed emergency surgery to remove the mass. We would have paid for it anyhow, but most people cannot handle that type of bill and could have led to euthanasia instead. Due to ASPCA, we still have a happy, healthy, semi-feral rescue of almost 5 years old.
Claims are easy to submit, processed quickly, and payment is direct deposited. There is very little that they do not cover, in my experience.

Healthy Paws exceeded all my expectations...I highly recommend them!
We purchase insurance and hope we never have to use it but when we do we expect the claims process to be quick and painless.
Healthy Paws Pet Insurance has exceeded all my expectations. Their customer services was 1st class and their claims process was extremely quick and easy.
This being my first claim (hopefully last), they helped me through the claims process which allowed for a quick reimbursement of my vet expenses.
If you want world class service, I highly recommend Healthy Paws Insurance.

For an accident prone pup!
Having puppy insurance saved us huge $$$$! Within a year our Boxer had accomplished thousands of dollars in self inflicted damage! He ate 3 lbs of chocolate, had to have his stomach pumped. Abscess in the neck from something he tried to swallow. Fox tail up the nose. Broken growth plate in toe nail from running into a step. Ate a Bee and was most definitely allergic. I could go on but hopefully this made you all feel better about your pups because this is all 100% truth and too silly to even be fake. lol Thank you ASPCA insurance for savings us sooooooo many times!

Contented customer
I have been with Embrace since I arrived in the US in 2013. I am fortunate to have had a fairly healthy dog until recently. All claims that I have submitted have been processed as expected, with a prompt response time and customer service.

Refusal of claim due to their system being down/merge?!
As any pet parent knows, these are our children, not pets. So my husband and I signed our child up for insurance as one does. It took e-mails and a call to get an acknowledgment to our purchase and registration (this is key here). Apparently their slow tardy reply is due to a merge/migration. Our baby starting showing signs of kennel cough to the point I truly thought the next morning he was going to die in my arms at the vet. The inability to get up, shaking, the cough/honking noise followed by the white foam spit. After antibiotics and cough meds the culture showed a simple virus, not the dreaded kennel cough.
So I submit our claim with vet info, bills etc. and wait for it ... remember that down time between Figo taking our money, registration and their acknowledgment email? Well - they did not start his insurance till they chose to which means my baby was in some sort of waiting period still and not covered BY A DAY. Thank you Figo for once again proving insurance companies are only out to steal money. Our policy is cancelled and I will make sure everyone knows that you guys are worthless thieves ...

Best thing I ever did was sign up for Trupanion Insurance!
When we rescued our German Shepherd, our vet suggest Trupanion Insurance. Not knowing her background or history, we decided to give it a try. It was the BEST decision ever! The Trupanion team is easy to work with, very response, understanding, and provide great coverage as promised. Love these guys!
